Terms and Conditions

When a new trade confirmation for an enrolled account is available online, an email notification is sent out for each document to all notification email addresses associated to the account. In case of a delivery failure, the system will attempt to resend the email. Failed delivery to an email address after 3 attempts will trigger the system to flag it as ‘bad’. The account will stay enrolled in electronic notification until all email addresses associated to it have been flagged as bad. The bad email flag should be removed if the email is deleted or when a new email is saved.

When all email address(es) associated to an account are flagged as bad, the account is automatically opted back into receiving paper. A letter will be mailed to inform the account owner(s) of the email notification failure and that he/she will begin receiving paper again. The system will also check for other accounts that utilize the flagged email address(es). These accounts will also be opted back into paper if no other valid emails address(es) are associated to the accounts.
