Capitol Securities Management, Inc. is pleased to welcome James "Jay" Donlin to the Richmond, VA office as Chief Operating Officer.

Donlin joins Capitol from Scott & Stringfellow/BB&T where he served as a Managing Director and helped establish the area's newest custody and clearing firm, Clearview Correspondent Services.

Prior to Scott & Stringfellow, Donlin served as COO for Anderson & Strudwick, Inc. and also posses many years of experience in the areas of clearing, technology and operations at Wheat First/Union/Wachovia Securities.
