Capitol Securities Management announced today that it has hired William "Bill" Washington as a Managing Director. Bill will be helping grow the firm through recruitment, acquisition and creating new business opportunity through strategic partnerships. Bill has over 20 years experience in various areas of the financial services industry and worked for many of the industry leaders including Moore & Shley, Merrill Lynch & Co., UBS PaineWebber, and most recently The Concord Equity Group.
