Capitol Securities Management, Inc. is proud to announce a recent structure and management change.  On November 9th, 2006 Chairman and CEO Joseph A. Jianos, along with a group of employees and investors, successfully acquired controlling interest of Capitol Securities Management, Inc. 

“The recent consolidation of the regional brokerage and advisory firms  has created a void in the market for a well run client and advisor focused firm.  We wanted to fill this void by assembling a top rated team of management , advisors and financial industry partners.”

Jianos is a native of Foxboro, MA and currently operates from the firm’s office in Boston.

Joining Jianos as an owner of  Capitol is G. Mark Hamby, formerly President and CEO of Anderson & Strudwick, Inc.  Hamby will assume the role of President and be responsible for all direct day to day operations of the firm.
