Full-time employees are paid a base salary with eligibility for an annual bonus, which is based on company profits and employee performance.

Health/Dental/Vision Insurances

Capitol Securities offers a choice of subsidized medical plans, as well as prescription drug, vision and dental care plans. Employees can choose benefits through a Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) or a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO), both with nationwide networks. The plans offer in- and out-of-network benefits, enabling employees to choose a physician/facility from a select group of providers who offer quality health care at a reasonable cost.

Prescription Drug Benefit

All of our medical benefits plans include prescription drug benefits through retail providers or mail-order pharmacies.

Other Insurances

We offer a range of insurance plans, including basic and supplemental life insurance as well as long-term and short-term disability insurance. Some insurance coverage is paid by the firm, and employees have the ability to purchase additional insurances at discounted group rates.

Retirement Benefits

Capitol Securities Management offers a 401(k) plan, matching every dollar that you invest, up to the first 3% of your salary, with company stock.

Holiday and Vacation Benefits

Capitol Securities provides a generous allotment of paid time off, based on level and years of service, to create flexibility for what matters most to you. In addition to widely recognized US public holidays, most employees will start with a three-week Paid Time Off (PTO) allowance.

Life Balance Benefits

To help employees meet their personal and family responsibilities, Capitol Securities may offer a variety of flexible workplace options, based on manager approval, such as modified work hours, alternate hours, part-time employment, job sharing, leave-without-pay, and telecommuting.

We believe in giving back to our communities, and we encourage our employees to do so as well. Capitol Securities Management supports the organizations that our employees support through monetary donations as well as volunteerism and community involvement.
